As a Student Assistant I've had several jobs for different departments. I've guided first-year student during special homework groups and I've assisted in the course Concepts of Programming Languages by Prof. Dr. Eelco Visser.

During my Context Project (second-year course) I've developed a gamified SoundCloud Comment annotation tool, called SoundComment. This project, under the supervision of Martha Larson, continued after the course ended.

July 2013 - February 2014Spijkenisse Medisch Centrum - Sterilization Employee

After the bankruptcy of the Ruwaard van Putten hospital, Spijkenisse Medisch Centrum was founded. I was hired again for the same position, Sterilization Employee. Because the workload was decreasing my contract was not extended.

June 2011 - June 2013Ruwaard van Putten ziekenhuis - Sterilization Employee

Responsible for the cleaning / distribution of sterile medical resources and devices. Other responsibilities included ordering new materials, transporting materials to other departments, etc. Unfortunately, the hospital was declared bankrupt on June 24th.

During my second year I choose the specialization track of Computer Systems (embedded software and related courses). I've participated in the CRI group (Student panel evaluating educational matters).

Minor: MedTech-Based Entrepreneurship

Thesis: ExpectHealth, game development for Leiden University (grade 8.5/10).

July 2013 - February 2014osg De Ring van Putten - VWO (N&T profile)

In my fourth year (out of six) I started the N&T (Natuur & Techniek: literally translated to Nature and Technics). It is the most β-oriented profile possible in the Dutch educational system.

Courses: Dutch, English, French, Maths (B variant), Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics and others.

Activities: K'68 (Student Organization), organizing all kinds of activities like parties and open mics. I was active within the technical crew (Sound and Lighting).
